Each day is intentionally paced to feel nourishing rather than rigid. You can expect a blend of yoga, meditation, quiet reflection, nourishing meals, and time to rest or explore the surroundings. Some sessions may be more energizing, while others are deeply restorative, creating a balanced rhythm throughout the experience.

Bring comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation, any personal wellness items you love, and an open mind. If specific items are needed, such as a journal, yoga mat, or travel essentials, those can be shared in a preparation guide before the retreat. The goal is to arrive feeling as light and supported as possible.
